I found these cute bottles at the craft store when i was getting stuff for drawing and i loved them. i have glowsticks stockpiled so i thought itd be cute to use them. i can use glitter and stuff too! i know this is like a rip from my other series but i like doing this and i claim them as my own
this artwork compromises well with the colors and brightness of the glow sticks. normally, if i were to take of picture of this with my camera, it would would mess up the lighting, vibrant colors as wel as the reflection on the table. here its is clear as dayligtt. the colors are bright enough to see and tell what it is along with the brightness at the bottom of the bottles. the polka dots are a nice touch, they can drag the viewers attension around the artwork without being to much of a distraction. the bakground is slightly visible but compliments the picture nicely. all in all a job well done with fairy goo sticks
First off, the selection of colors is perfect. Five different colors, each with a unique appearance and impact. The bokeh spots add a sense of magic -- as if the air itself was suffused with untamed, wandering potential. The clarity of the capture highlights the beauty of the bottles.
"Fairy goo" sums up the concept of this piece perfectly. Imagine, if you will, a small shop of wonders. The curtains are drawn closed to keep prying eyes away, and yet once you step inside, you will find all sorts of things that lie outside the normal. Dragon's blood? Check. Enchanted weaponry? Yes, and armor too. Fairy goo? Yup, five flavors!
