This is my first critique so I'm sorry if it's not very good ^^; Anyway I really like this photo, I like how neon lights make the cups almost glow in the dark. I think that you should have made sure that there was no light in the background, like from the window in the photo and I think then the glow may have stood out a little more. Apart from that I really like the photo, and I'll be sure to look at your other photos too :D The colour that I really like is the blue one on the left of the photo, but the one that stands out the most is the neon blue one. That's all I can think of for a critique, keep up the good work! :la:

You could try mixing milk with water toget have a somewhat opaque liquid

If you take some "safety precautions" (household rubber gloves) you can also open the sticks and get the liquid from them. I am not encouraging you to handle them in an unsafe manner, but the liquid (diphenyl oxalate) is not entirely toxic. Have a readup if you are interested ;) [link]
